We would like to introduce Jua Lee,
who was accepted to New York University.
After joining her high school rowing team,
she set a clear goal to improve her performance
and consistently trained at our center during school breaks.
Starting from building her basic fitness,
she gradually developed her movement and performance
through a combination of strength training and indoor rowing.

Throughout the process,
her 2K performance was monitored periodically
to assess her current condition.
During plateaus, training directions were adjusted
to maintain steady progress without losing momentum.
As a result,
her 2K time improved from 8:14 to 7:39,
a total reduction of 35 seconds.
This process, along with the data, discipline,
and experience she built,
naturally became a strong asset in her college application.
As a result, she was accepted to New York University.
She is currently serving as the captain of the rowing team
at The Lawrenceville School,
continuing to build on her experience.
Athrix goes beyond sports.
We design processes that lead to real results.
