Drawing on first-hand experience in training, competition preparation, and race management,
we bring practical, applicable know-how to student development—not just textbook instruction.

Our curriculum combines indoor rowing with on-water training so that
beginners can start easily and progress step by step.

We systematically manage training records, competition results, and growth data so that each student's activities become a portfolio for university admissions. We analyze 2km times, training data, and growth trends to manage each student's strengths and development over time, and use this to guide activity focus and education strategy for overseas university admission.

ATHRIX programs also run as part of international school curricula, so students can more
easily take part and experience sports within the school setting.
Even without a separate elite-athlete track, students can build training records,
competition experience, and team activity history through school-linked
sports and build admissions competitiveness.
