Lesson BEFORE & AFTER

A student attending Episcopal High School near Washington, D.C. 

trained with ATHRIX and successfully reduced his rowing machine time 

by an impressive 21 seconds in just 15 lessons.

As an active member of his school's rowing team, 

he spent his summer break training intensively with ATHRIX. 

Starting with a 2,000m time of 7:17, his consistent dedication 

brought his time down to 6:56, achieving remarkable growth in a short period.

Upon returning to the United States, 

he was successfully selected for the 1st Varsity boat, 

and continues his training as a highly competitive crew member.
